Remember, remember the 5thof November here’s a few more things to remember: Soul night wise for this month: STATE OF SOUL, Sussex Soul Club, Soul Down South, Folkestone Soul Club, Soul Kitchen, Farnborough Soul Club, Soul Obsession, Loose Caboose, Sue & Les 60th Soul Bash & Turnin’ My Heartbeat up.

November 3rd STATE OF SOUL @Oatlands Park Club, 75 St Mary's Rd, Weybridge, KT13 9PZ.

Johnny Pearson, Lindsay Jobling Jez Bishop, host’s and resident DJ's are back in finestyle with guest DJ: Ady Pountin:You don’t want to miss this one andyou need to get there for 7pm, as you only have ‘till midnight to enjoy a ‘fountain’ of Soul sounds you’re likelyto hear. That would be quality rare Soul from all the decades, on the dance side. It’ll cost you 5 quid to get in,useful information: it is close to mainline stations Walton on Thames & Weybridge, so no excuses.

November 3rd  Sussex Soul Club@ Patching Village Hall, West Furlong Lane, Clapham BN13 3UT.

Sussex Soul Club is back on the 3rd November, it’s the 5th Anniversary and the last one of theyear. Julie Lambert & Darren Lambert host and resident DJ’s with help from their trusted friends Mark and Alison Etherington, plus guest DJ: Steve White. Quality soul across the board along with a few classics thrown in for good measure. It start’s at 7:30 to 12:30 and is £6 to get in. It’s bound to go off like a ‘rocket’, so be early and remember to take your own drinks etc.

Another reason to come along is it’s the last one for this year. TheKitchenwill be back in January 2019, third Friday of the month.

November 23rd Soul Obsession@ Hassocks Pub, Station Approach, BN6 8HN, from 7.30 to midnight all for free.

Headdude’s:Dug Chant &Adrian Corbinwith invited guest DJ’s: Bob Smith, David Packham, Colin Slater, Keith Woon & Maxine Woon. A Soul ‘Roman Candle’. Modern,Crossover, Northern Soul, Motown and Latin Jazz is on the menu.I do believe that Adrian, Sue and Dug have a little surprise up their sleeves, nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more.

November 23rdLoose Caboose @ the Con Club, 139 High Street, Lewes BN7 1XS.Starting at 7:30 to midnight, it will cost you £5 to get in.PLEASE NOTE: this night has had to move to the Fridayinstead of their usual Saturday.
On the cards you have a ‘cloudburst’ of: 60’s Soul, Northern, R&B, Latin and Jazz provided by the host’s: Rachelle and Martin and guest DJ: Jimmy Kent .

November 23rd Sue & Les’s 60thBirthday Bash, Funky Fish, 19-23 Marine Parade, Brighton, BN2 1TL,8pm to 3am.

Firstly congratulations to Sue Brick and Lesley and secondly this is a ‘volcano’ waiting to go off big time. A fantastic few day’s of celebration for the girls starting with: An evening of the finest Northern Soul on theFriday with DJ’s:Mick H, Kitch, Dave Thorley, Colin Law, Ali Nightingale, Tony Smith, Tom Page, Ion and Roger Stewart.Saturday: Fish & Chips in the Regency Restaurant with what might be another Session, (to be confirmed).You need to look on their Facebook event to keep up with what’s happening and when.

November 24thTurnin’ My Heartbeat Up @ Arundel Football Club, Mill Rd, BN18 9PA.

Host and regular DJ: Tony Cassini and Soulie Simon are back againfor yet another ‘waterfall’ of Northern Soul & Motown. Kick off at8pm for awhopping 4 hours! Perfect dance floor, bar available, car parking, £3 OTD.
